Broadwoodkelly Parish Council
Notice is hereby given of the Broadwoodkelly Annual Parish Meeting
The Annual Parish Meeting for Broadwoodkelly Parish Council will be held in the Village Hall on Tuesday May 25th 2021 at 7.30 p.m.
The meeting will be chaired by the Chairman Roger Heggadon.
Local Government electors for the Parish will be entitled to vote at the Meeting which will be open to the public.
The business transacted at the meeting will be as follows:
1. Minutes of the previous meeting:
To agree the minutes of the last meeting, held on May 8th 2019 as a true record (there was no Parish Meeting in 2020 owing to the Covid-19 pandemic)
2. Matters Arising from these minutes
3. Chairman’s Report covering the activities of the Parish Council over the past year
4. Report by Borough Councillor
5. Members of the public to address the parish council or Borough Councillor with issues of concern.
6. Date of next meeting
May 24th 2022(this date is subject to change)
