You are summoned to the Meeting of Broadwoodkelly Parish Council on Tuesday 25th September 2018 at 7.30 p.m. to be held in the Village Hall.
Members of the public and press are entitled to attend this meeting. However, where an item is deemed confidential any members of the public will be excluded from this part of the meeting.
Members of the public are invited to give their views and question the Parish Council on agenda items or any other issues they may wish to raise. Each member of the public will be given three minutes in which to express their views.

8. Planning:
a. Applic No. 2319/18/NMM Barn 1 & 2 Upcott Farm, Broadwoodkelly – non material amendment to planning consent 2792/17/VAR to change windows from timber to composite. Refused
b. Applic no. 2598/18/FUL Ingleigh Green Farm, Ingleigh Green, Winkleigh – erection of new agricultural barn for the use of storing agricultural machinery and making use of the existing agricultural track. Comment required prior to meeting. The council supported.
c. Applic no. 3004/18/PDM Barn at Fourways, Fourways Cross, Broadwoodkelly – notification for prior approval for proposed change of use of agricultural building to dwelling house (Class C3) and for associated operational development (Class Q(a+b)). Discuss at meeting.
